Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll conduct demo calls with AI-qualified leads, close deals for TaxExact, ACTAX Accounting, and Payroll Pro, and work US business hours (night shift in India). You'll receive warm leads from our AI voice agent system and focus on converting appointments into paying customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct 15-minute demo calls with AI-qualified tax office leads
Present TaxExact, ACTAX Accounting, and Payroll Pro features and benefits
Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets (10-20 customers/month)
Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and SMS
Manage sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM (leads, opportunities, deals)
Negotiate pricing and contract terms (Bronze, Silver, Gold tiers)
Collaborate with AI voice agent team to optimize lead quality
Provide product feedback to engineering and product teams
Achieve quarterly revenue targets ($50K-100K/quarter)
Maintain detailed notes and call recordings in CRM
Participate in weekly sales team meetings and training
Work US business hours (EST/CST: 9 AM - 6 PM = 7 PM - 4 AM IST)

Required Skills

2-5 years inside sales or B2B sales experience
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Strong presentation and demo skills (screen sharing, product walkthroughs)
Ability to handle objections and close deals
Comfortable working night shift (US timezone)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills

Experience selling SaaS or software products
Knowledge of tax preparation or accounting industry
Experience with US market and customers
HubSpot CRM expertise
Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet)
Understanding of sales metrics (conversion rate, CAC, LTV)
Previous night shift experience

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 2-5 years professional inside sales experience
Language: Fluent English (spoken and written)
Availability: Willing to work night shift (7 PM - 4 AM IST)
